This coaching sessions connects and grounds you before and after work whether it be on the train, bus, plane or car.  Each session ends with an actual train journey.

Poor posture while commuting can also lead to repetitive strain injury, headaches and poor circulation. It can even make you look shorter and fatter than you really are.  The Feldenkrais Method teaches plenty of techniques and exercises to bring our bodies back into alignment, flattening tummies and adding height in the process.
